Tell me more about the tournament.
A team of Kansas City-area players will compete against three American Ultimate Disc League teams –the Chicago Wildfire, Indianapolis Alleycats, and Nashville Nightwatch – in a round robin format for seeding purposes on Saturday and bracket play on Sunday. Spectators will receive a fan experience unlike any other during halftime and between games on the Children’s Mercy Victory Field.

How is the event funded?
Tickets will be available to purchase online prior to the weekend and at the gate each day. Tickets will account for a large majority of the funds we collect to help offset the cost of running the event.. Additional revenue will come from generous sponsors like Disc Store.

Where do the proceeds go?
The biggest expense is the cost of facilities. We’re fortunate that Sporting Kansas City has given us a very fair rate for use of the fields. Whatever is left will be donated to the Kansas City Youth Ultimate organization to support local youth clinics, tournaments, and other activities.

Can my kids participate in the youth clinic, and how do I sign them up?
Girls and boys between ages 6-16 are eligible to participate. There is no cost to participate.

Who can participate in the women’s clinic, and how do they sign up?
Any woman over the age of 16 with any level of experience – beginner to advanced— is eligible to participate. There is no cost to participate.
